Prior to joining BUCEC Gina had her own consulting company, concentrating on project management and training development strategic planning and consulting. Prior to that, she worked at McKinsey & Company, Inc. in various management roles. Gina was honored as one of the Power 50 from PMI® - one of the 50 most influential executives in project management, working to move the profession forward.
Gina represents BUCEC on PMI®’s Global Corporate Council and serves on the PM Summit/BA World Advisory Board. Additionally, Gina is an active Board Member on the Simmons School of Management Alumnae Association Board.

Business Analysts know that not all requirements are created equal: some are clearly more important than others. An important goal of the BA is to determine which requirements are critical and which ones are less important so that they can make decision on the order of analysis and implementation when resources such as time and money are constrained. It is paramount for project teams to select the right requirements to analyze and implement rather than spend their limited resources on requirements that are less critical. This webinar will present effective techniques for stating and prioritizing requirements, as well as managing stakeholder expectations.

Beyond that, he is integrally involved in architecting large-scale distributed software systems for many of his clients. Dr. Schedlbauer is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, including Business Analyst World, Object World, as well as many research symposia. In addition, he has written articles for CIO Magazine, Training Magazine, Journal of Object Technology, and many research publications.
